These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, services, platforms, applications, websites, and related tools (collectively, “Services”) provided by moneyIN Global Inc. (“moneyIN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for, accessing, or using any of our Services, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. You further agree to be bound by any future amendments or changes made to these Terms, whether or not you receive explicit notification, unless local law requires otherwise.


 

1. Use of Third-Party Banks, Partners, and Processors

 

You acknowledge that moneyIN may partner with or rely on third-party financial institutions, processors, correspondent banks, card networks, and telecommunications providers to deliver its services. These may include local or international partners.

We are not responsible for any delays, errors, regulatory interruptions, or failures caused by third-party partners. You agree to hold moneyIN harmless from any losses arising out of their actions or inactions.


 

2. Right to Suspend, Withhold, Freeze, or Terminate Access

 

moneyIN reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, freeze, or terminate any user account or access to specific Services in the event of:

Suspected fraud or misuse of the platform

Violation of these Terms or related policies

Regulatory non-compliance or legal request

Incomplete KYC, falsified documentation, or identity concerns

Suspicious behaviour or high-risk activity

 

We may also:

Freeze funds temporarily pending investigation or regulatory reporting

Request additional KYC/AML documents at any time

Decline or cancel transactions without explanation

Retain security deposits or float where applicable

 

No claim or legal action may be taken against moneyIN or its affiliates as a result of any such actions.


 

3. FX Fees, Markups, and Currency Processing

 

Foreign exchange (FX) services provided by moneyIN are priced as follows:

Base rates are determined using the  XE.com rate as the reference estimate only,

A standard markup of 1% is applied unless otherwise agreed in writing

Additional FX margins may apply in certain jurisdictions or high-risk currencies

All rates and charges are displayed clearly before you confirm a transaction

Custom FX arrangements can be made by contacting your Account Specialist

 

All FX transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed. Delays in conversion or settlement caused by third-party banks or network congestion are not the responsibility of moneyIN.


4. Card Processing and Custom Pricing

Card processing fees vary based on the country, network, and transaction type. These fees are additional to any platform or FX charges and are communicated to users before confirmation.

For special services (e.g., VIP card issuance, large-scale remittances, partner APIs), fees may be customized. Please contact your Account Specialist for a quote.


 

5. Security Deposit & Float Withholding

 

To mitigate fraud and chargebacks, a security float of 15% may be applied to certain transactions, such as wallet top-ups or card usage. This amount is:

Withheld for a standard period of 185 days

May be retained longer at moneyIN’s discretion

Forfeited if the client breaches these Terms or fails to deliver on agreed transactions

Clients waive all rights to reclaim such floats in the event of misconduct, fraud, or non-compliance.

moneyIN reserves the right to impose additional deposits, holdbacks, or liquidity thresholds without prior consent.


 

6. Cryptocurrency & Digital Assets

 

Cryptocurrency services (including buy/sell, swaps, or stablecoin payouts) are subject to:

High volatility and irreversible settlement rules

Third-party exchange liquidity and infrastructure

Network congestion or service disruption risks

You accept full risk and responsibility for using crypto-related features. Transactions are final and cannot be reversed once initiated. Fee can be discussed with your account specialist. 


 

7. Responsibility for Information and Irrecoverable Losses

 

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of:

Wallet addresses

Beneficiary details

Uploaded identification

Transaction references

 

moneyIN is not liable for any losses due to:

Input errors or expired documents

Incorrect recipient details

Rejections caused by incomplete onboarding

Regulatory blockages or delays

We are not obligated to retrieve, reverse, or compensate for such losses.


 

8. Prohibited Conduct

 

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

Fraud, theft, impersonation, or submission of fake documents

Using stolen cards, identities, or payment credentials

Harassment or threats to our staff or partners

Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the platform

Transactions in or from sanctioned jurisdictions

Money laundering, terrorist financing, or illegal activity

 

moneyIN will terminate access immediately and report misconduct to law enforcement when necessary.


 

9. Airtime, Reloads, and Gift Cards

 

Airtime recharges, mobile top-ups, and gift card purchases are fulfilled via external partners and are:

 

Final and non-refundable

Dependent on telecom network and local operators

Delivered based on the information you provide

moneyIN is not liable for failures or delays caused by incorrect numbers, operator outages, or region-specific restrictions.


 

10. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

 

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, performance, or continuity.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, moneyIN disclaims all liability for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of profit, data, business opportunity, or goodwill

Delays or errors caused by third-party providers or regulators

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

 


 

11. Indemnification

 

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless moneyIN Global Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claim, liability, damage, or legal expense arising from:

Your breach of these Terms

Your use or misuse of our Services

Disputes with third parties facilitated by the platform

Regulatory or legal actions caused by your conduct

 

You further waive any claim against moneyIN or its partners for:

Withheld floats

Account termination

Transaction delays or cancellations


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario’s courts, unless otherwise required by local law.


 

13. Acceptance and Future Amendments

 

By registering for or using any moneyIN service, you:

Confirm you have read and agree to these Terms

Accept that these Terms may be updated or changed without prior notice

Waive any objection to future amendments if you continue using the platform after such changes are published

Agree that it is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms available at www.moneyin.org/terms

moneyIN reserves the full right to revise, suspend, or modify any aspect of its Services or policies at its sole discretion.

 

No action or claim shall be brought against moneyIN Global Inc. for exercising any of the rights outlined above.
