Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products, services, applications, platforms, and related tools (“Services”) provided by MoneyIN Global Inc. (“moneyIN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 


 

1. Use of Third-Party Banks, Partners, and Processors

 

You acknowledge and agree that moneyIN may use third-party financial institutions, payment processors, card issuers, and banking partners to deliver certain Services, including but not limited to account settlements, payment processing, card issuance, and airtime reloads.

 

moneyIN is not liable for any delays, losses, failures, or damages arising out of actions or omissions of such third parties, including bank processing delays, network interruptions, or regulatory restrictions imposed on our partners.

 


 

2. Right to Suspend, Freeze or Terminate Access

 

We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, freeze, limit, or permanently terminate your access to some or all Services without prior notice or liability in the event of:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorised use.

• Regulatory non-compliance or legal request.

• Violation of these Terms.

• Abuse or misuse of the platform.

• Engagement in suspicious or high-risk activities.

 

This includes the right to freeze funds or delay transactions pending internal review or reporting to relevant authorities, without liability to you for any resulting losses or delays.

 


 

3. Reporting Obligations

 

moneyIN adheres to all applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and regulatory reporting requirements. We may report any suspicious or unlawful activities to relevant governmental, financial, or law enforcement authorities without your knowledge or consent. You acknowledge and agree to this as a condition of using our Services.

 


 

4. Cryptocurrency & Digital Asset Disclaimers

 

Depositing, exchanging, or holding cryptocurrency and other digital assets via our platform or partner platforms is subject to market volatility, price fluctuations, and irreversible settlement mechanisms.

 

You fully understand and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency prices are inherently volatile.

• Transactions are final and cannot be reversed.

• Delays or losses due to third-party exchange partners are beyond our control.

 

We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of engaging in crypto-related services. You use such features entirely at your own risk.

 


 

5. Incorrect Information and Irrecoverable Losses

 

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information provided, including wallet addresses, recipient details, payment references, or identification documents.

 

moneyIN is not liable for losses or failed transactions resulting from:

• Incorrect beneficiary details or input errors.

• Use of expired or falsified identification.

• Failure to comply with onboarding or KYC requirements.

 

Once processed, most transactions (especially crypto) cannot be reversed. We are not obligated to retrieve or reimburse funds lost due to user error.

 


 

6. Abuse and Prohibited Conduct

 

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account:

• Fraud, deception, or identity theft.

• Use of stolen or unauthorised cards/accounts.

• Money laundering or terrorist financing.

• Harassment or abuse of support staff or platform.

• Attempts to exploit or manipulate the platform, pricing, or exchange systems.

• Use of the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

 

We reserve the right to pursue legal action and report misconduct to authorities where applicable.

 


 

7. Airtime, Gift Cards, and Reload Services

 

Services such as airtime top-ups, mobile recharges, and digital gift cards are fulfilled via third-party partners. moneyIN is not liable for incorrect recharge numbers, operator issues, country restrictions, or non-delivery where the request was processed correctly based on the details you provided.

 

These services are non-refundable and final, subject to network conditions and local provider policies.

 


 

8. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

 

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. moneyIN makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform or Services.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or opportunity.

 


 

9. Indemnification

 

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless moneyIN Global Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms.

• Misuse of the Services.

• Violation of laws or regulations.

• Disputes with third parties initiated through the platform.

 


 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which moneyIN is registered and licensed to operate. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by law.

 


 

11. Updates to Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.
